Readings already delivered

A reading is generated immediately after payment. Once delivered, it cannot be returned, so refunds are not available except where required by law.

Not delivered

If a technical failure means you never received your reading, contact us and we will refund in full or re-run it free of charge.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Refunds for the current period are not provided except where required by law.
